Director - Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles

Description: • Lead financial planning efforts, including Forecasts, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP). • Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles. • Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles. • Present and propose plans to the Beigene CFO. • Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling. • Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. • Responsible for forecasting stock-based compensation. • Handle ad-hoc projects as they arise. • Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. • MBA is desirable • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. • Corporate Finance experience is preferred. • Experience as a Finance business partner (Commercial, R&D, or G&A) is a plus. • Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. • People management experience is required. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
