Oracle HCM and Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Role: Oracle HCM and Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Washington, DC (Initially remote then Hybrid) - remote is ok Visa: Any visa Client: State ProjectJob Responsibilities:• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll applications. .• Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional andtechnical requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimizebusiness processes within Core HR and Payroll Applications, including conversions, integrations, fast formulas, updating tables, etc.• Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, andtranslate them into system configurations.• Create functional and technical design documents. Required Skills and Experience:• Certified in Cloud HCM applications.• Solid understanding and experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Technology,underlying data structures, and Oracle Integration Manager• Experience and understanding of Oracle Implementation Methodology• At least 5 plus full cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM andPayroll.• At least 3 plus full cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM andPayroll in Public Sector /.
