Role Overview
In this role, you will build and scale Radformation's international sales organization and lead the execution of our international growth strategy. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help define how Radformation expands across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, developing the teams, partnerships, and commercial strategies that bring our technology to more cancer clinics around the world.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute Radformation's international growth strategy, lead and continue building Radformation’s international sales organization, own international bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and annual operating plan performance.

- Demonstrated success managing ARR-driven sales organizations and achieving predictable revenue growth through both direct and channel sales models
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 30–50% to support customers, partners, conferences, and team development

- Base salary: $130,000–$135,000 USD
- On-target earnings (OTE): $260,000–$270,000 USD (50/50 base/variable split)
