About the position Requirements • Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instructions for SkillBridge participation. • Possess official TAD/TDY Orders and other DOD mandated paperwork for the period of the apprenticeship. • Demonstrate good time management habits and the ability to multi-task. • Sustain focus on long tasks and communicate thoughts and technical ideas effectively. • Exhibit an attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and creativity. • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance assigned work with exceptional organizational skills in a constantly evolving environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based work assignments. • Ability to participate in the apprenticeship program for no less than 120 days.
