Sr. Product Manager, eBay Motors

Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and improvement of the eBay Motors platform Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product vision and roadmap Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform product strategy and identify areas for differentiation Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product management team Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. eBay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
