Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Might Look Like
- Design & Deliver Engaging Sessions: Create and lead age‑appropriate gym classes that blend movement, music, storytelling, and basic fitness principles to spark curiosity and joy.
- Foster a Safe, Inclusive Environment: Implement rigorous sanitation protocols, monitor classroom safety, and ensure all equipment meets health standards.
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Connect with children and parents through warm, consistent communication, fostering trust and encouraging ongoing participation.

Essential Qualifications – The Foundations You Bring
- Passion for Early Childhood Development: A genuine love for working with children from birth through elementary school.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, including occasional weekend sessions to accommodate family schedules.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and reliable communication with children, parents, and remote colleagues.
- Physical Stamina & Presence: Comfortable leading active sessions, demonstrating movements, and projecting enthusiasm through a screen.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Consistent attendance and promptness; “ghosting” is not an option.
- Basic Technical Competence: Familiarity with video‑conference platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and the ability to troubleshoot minor tech issues.
