Join Impact Advisors as a Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to drive healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts • Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements • Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions • Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership • Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services • Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices About You The company is looking for: • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general), with expected graduation in May 2026 • Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not supported • Available to begin work August 2026 Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $75,000 – $82,000 • Eligible for an annual performance bonus • Additional benefits and perks may be available depending on position and employment terms • Commitment to transparency and equity in compensation practices Training & Development • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job Apply tot his job
