Responsibilities • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels. • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Support employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
