This position supports a time sensitive project that includes the review and analysis of data collected from multiple sources, verifying data is accurate and complete; preparing and importing data into the reporting system, resolving discrepancies; and evaluating end results. Essential Functions: Review client data for completeness and work with client to resolve identified discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data before import or manual entry. Compile data from multiple sources; prepare and upload files using Excel Review and verify data imported into reporting system is correct compared to the source data. Initiate corrections by re-entering, re-uploading, or manually correcting. Work in an organized and efficient manner to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities; ensuring expectations and strict turnaround times are met. Initiate communications and respond to routine and non-routine correspondence for internal and external clients in a timely fashion Work independently and within the team to meet objectives Represent the company in a positive and professional manner with both internal and external customers. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Attendance, punctuality and commitment to the project is vital. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Skills/Experience: Proficient with Microsoft Office products - excellent Excel skills required Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems Experience in related role preferred, but not required.
