About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2024 school year. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest students, providing them with a strong foundation in academic, social, and motor skills. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with state and district curriculum guidelines, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and learning, and fosters a sense of community and belonging among students, parents, and staff

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and involving them in the educational process

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a strong foundation in child development, curriculum design, and instructional strategies
- A valid New Mexico teaching license, with a specialization in Preschool or Early Childhood Education
- At least one year of experience teaching in a Preschool or Early Childhood setting, with a proven track record of success in promoting student learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow as an educator
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with advanced training in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational leadership

- A signing incentive of $18,000 - $22,000, depending on experience and qualifications
