Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality tutoring in AP-level math and science subjects to students in Massachusetts and around the world. Maintain an accurate calendar and ensure availability for at least five hours per week. Be within reasonable driving distance of our center in Lexington, Massachusetts, and be willing to work in-person. Engage with students, understand their needs, and tailor your teaching approach accordingly. Provide detailed notes after each session to track student progress. Communicate openly and regularly with the team to ensure seamless collaboration. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A strong academic background in math and science, with a minimum of four years of college completed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships with students. Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to meeting your obligations. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to successfully complete a federal I-9 form and a national background check.
