**Job Summary:**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our remote team as bilingual (preferred) customer service representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll provide top-notch customer service solutions to our clients, utilizing the tools and resources provided by arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate and complete information to customers. You'll also be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate and complete information.
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a personalized experience.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with automatic dialers and ability to quickly learn new software with provided training.
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
- Pleasant phone demeanor and a strong sense of integrity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bilingual Spanish/English (not required but preferred).
- Experience working in both inbound and outbound environments.
- Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience.
- Experience in solution-oriented customer service, with a focus on delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
**Work-from-Home Requirements:**
- PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
- Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable).
- USB-connected Headset.
