Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in social media customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Social Studio, Excel, and CRM tools
