About the Role

You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our sales team to rate new policies, cross-sell products to existing clients, and process endorsements and renewals. Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
• Helping the sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed

• Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions, to ensure seamless policy updates
• Processing renewals on our existing book of business each month to maintain client retention and loyalty
• Maintaining a detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system to ensure data integrity and compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
