**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including chat, email, social media, and direct messaging. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer technical requests or issues in a timely and efficient manner, while providing a high level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide product or service knowledge to customers to help them make informed decisions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
**What You Bring to the Role**
* Completed senior high school or equivalent
* At least 1 year or more customer service experience
* Strong product or service knowledge
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Willingness to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
