About the Role: Creative Director 3D Retail Design
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our 3D Retail Design team. As a key member of our in-house design team, you will be responsible for setting the tone for all Verizon Retail experiences, working closely with counterpart creatives to drive innovation and excellence in store design and retail experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace and evolve our new store retail concept, leveraging your expertise to iterate new retail concepts and formats that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Develop and deploy retail design strategies for all Verizon channels, including direct and indirect stores, to create a seamless and cohesive brand experience.
- Design and develop interior retail fixtures that showcase our products and services in an innovative and compelling way, using your knowledge of past successes and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other Creative Directors to build creative solutions that address specific project objectives, and contribute conceptual ideas to brainstorms and offline creative development.
- Ensure that all creative assets meet or exceed design objectives, and that brand guidelines and directives are implemented and adhered to in all executions.
- Play an active role in improving the integrated team's overall performance, embracing a collaborative approach and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Six or more years of relevant experience in retail design, preferably in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of driving business results through design excellence.
- A portfolio of relevant work that showcases your expertise in 3D retail design, including experience with large iconic brands and translating concept designs into scalable programs.
- Demonstrated creative conceptualization skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
- Proficient expertise in Architectural CAD 2D & 3D programs, including Sketch-Up, and a strong understanding of design applications in traditional and emerging channels.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range for this position, which is between $149,000.00 and $277,000.00 annually, based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:
