Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly and responding to emails in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Log detailed notes into our company software as they are completed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Make daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customers with updates when needed, ensuring that they are informed and aware of the progress and status of their issues or requests.
- Update and maintain electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions, to ensure that all customer information is accurate and current.
- Update billing information as required, ensuring that all customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
- Analyze progress and set goals to improve customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and report on any customer issues or concerns, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our customer service team.
- Assist team members when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and attention.
- Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner, using effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
