Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, operate the register, and provide cashier services, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of store appearance, both inside and out, to meet our standards for a welcoming and clean environment.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive consistent service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish daily tasks, share ideas, and solve problems.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, and occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, and bend at the waist with some twisting.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing.
