About the Role
If you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service and consider yourself a fashionista, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white-glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve issues, and making product recommendations to close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Make recommendations of products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales
- Utilize your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to provide personalized support
- Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues with ease and professionalism
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
- High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer setup
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
