To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will need a reliable home office setup, including:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, using a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don't, within our client's hours of operation. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET. Please note that our client requires contractors to service between 30-35 hours per week, with a preference for contractors who can service some hours on Mondays and Fridays.
This flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $13 per hour. Prior to supporting our client, you will need to successfully complete a Certification class, which will take place from December 30th through January 8th, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. While you will not be able to invoice for the $13 per hour during Certification, you will receive $250 after you successfully complete certification and begin servicing.
