Your primary goal will be to assist and resolve customer needs quickly and accurately, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities** * Answer all incoming concerns and needs from customers in a timely and professional manner * Process key pick-up requests, handle transportation and routing on delivery questions, and process will-call orders * Provide customers with invoice copies and process credits * Maintain a call list and monitor orders before the cut-off * Communicate regularly with account executives and customers to ensure seamless support * Manage same-day deliveries for our operating company * Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience * Previous call center experience is preferred * Strong telephone communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods * Proficient in MS Office **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
