We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time temporary basis, working remotely from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager (CSM). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce brand.
