Our mission is to provide top-notch services, including printing, warehousing, and fulfillment, to help our customers succeed in the competitive ecommerce landscape. **The Basics** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with the support they need to succeed. **The Formalities** **Overview of Position** Under the general supervision of the CS Manager and Supervisors, you'll provide top-tier customer service, maintain customer accounts, and perform related duties as required. Although this position is currently home-based, you must reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and able to attend a half-day onsite onboarding and future on-site visits. **Hours and Training Schedule** * Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday * Training will take place using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks. * Once training is complete, the schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. **Your Responsibilities** * Answering emails, talking with clients via live chat and phone support * Helping Printful clients set up their online shops, get that great design of theirs on top of one of our products, or getting startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins * Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms * Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and their E-Commerce platform **Our Requirements** * Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. * Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively. * Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people. * Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. * Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. * Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. * Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. * Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. * Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. * Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others. * Additional Competencies: Good at working with hands. * Ethical Conduct **We Offer** * Competitive Pay (from Home!) * Competitive Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Personal and Professional Development Opportunities * 401k with Company Match * A fun and engaging position * Remote Worksite **Printful is growing.
