**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our clients through social media channels. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and social media expertise to engage with customers and close deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for clients across various industries
* Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) to engage with customers and close deals
* Collaborate with the client success team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
* Conduct regular follow-ups and organic account growth activities to maintain and expand client relationships
* Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Participate in daily communication tasks, including team meetings and performance reviews
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve client outcomes
**Requirements**
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English (fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
* Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends)
* Stable internet connection and reliable desktop/laptop and smartphone
* Location: Latin America or Brazil (remote work opportunities available)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for sales, social media, and customer engagement
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies

* Experience working from home or remotely
