We're now seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help drive the delivery of impactful intelligence to our customers.
About the Role
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality threat intelligence to our customers, driving their decision-making and tactical actions. As a key member of our team, you'll serve as a conduit to Mandiant's extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts. Your expertise will help our customers stay ahead of the threats and protect their organizations from cyber attacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, assisting in product selection and suggesting alternatives where applicable.
- Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision, maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
- Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize your expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to analyze and interpret complex threat data, providing actionable insights to customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CTI techniques and application concepts, mentoring and guiding new CTI colleagues as needed.
- Communicate complex, uncertain concepts to various audiences, building strategies and influencing stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as cybersecurity, computer science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a CTI role, working in a client-facing environment and partnering with various stakeholders, including leaders.
- Experience with CTI systems and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, and Recover.
- US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in the utilization, processing, and analysis of tactical (technical) CTI within an operational environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
- A deep understanding of CTI techniques and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide new CTI colleagues.
- The capacity to communicate complex, raw intelligence from various sources into reports and briefings, presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in rapid and constantly changing environments.

Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location, and is competitive with industry standards.
