Key Responsibilities Work in a time-constrained environment to analyze, design, develop, and deliver Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions, ensuring timely and effective project execution. Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Windstream, leveraging your technical expertise to drive data integration and processing. Build ad-hoc reports to support inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Design, develop, maintain, and support Tesla's Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI platform, utilizing various data and BI tools to drive business insights. Foster collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders and IT resources to gather requirements and ensure efficient resolution of requests. Communicate technical and business topics effectively in a 360-degree context, using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed. Develop, maintain, and recommend enhancements to applications in the areas of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices, participating in design and code walkthroughs. Take ownership of and release processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth. Prioritize work based on highest impact on the business, demonstrating a results-driven approach. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Windstream, with a strong understanding of data integration and processing. Experience with designing DataMart, Information Warehouse, and database objects within relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Vertica. Strong proficiency in SQL and query writing, with the ability to craft complex queries and optimize database performance. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level executives, with a strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
