* Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
* Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
* Passion for serving clients and making a positive difference in their lives
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
* Previous client relationship experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university
* Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and software systems
* Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
