About the Role: Experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter We're seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join our team, someone who can help build the foundation of our company with A+ players who embody our unique culture, values, and ambition. As a Recruiter at Kalepa, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring timely and successful hiring of top-quality candidates across all teams globally. Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, aligning hiring goals with business objectives and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates. Candidate Experience Excellence: Foster a positive and seamless candidate experience, ensuring fairness, meritocracy, and long-term relationships with potential hires. Championing Kalepa’s Culture: Serve as an ambassador for Kalepa, promoting our culture and positioning us as the employer of choice for top talent. About You To succeed in this role, you should have: 4+ Years of Recruiting Experience: A proven track record of attracting and hiring A+ players, with experience recruiting for various functions. Alignment with Kalepa’s Culture: A deep understanding and enthusiasm for our unique culture and values, with the ability to evangelize them to candidates. Experience in High-Growth SaaS Environment: Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company. Analytical Skills: The ability to use key recruiting metrics to inform strategies and tactics, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Hustle and Motivation: A passion for finding ways to get things done, overcoming obstacles, and a strong will to win, with excellent listening skills and the ability to serve as a trusted representative of Kalepa. Experience with Recruiting Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are a plus: Previous Experience at Early-Stage Startups: Experience in the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup. International Recruitment Experience: Experience recruiting in European markets, in addition to the US.
