About the Role As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through both traditional and digital channels. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting will be instrumental in overseeing the entire staffing process, from conducting intake sessions and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, assessing candidate fit, and managing the offer process. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a combination of traditional methods and digital platforms. Conduct thorough intake sessions with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring precise candidate matching. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, leveraging applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networks to find the best fit for each role. Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in-person, virtually, or through a combination of both, to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Manage the offer process, including extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and client communications within our recruitment software. Collaborate with the internal team to share best practices, discuss recruitment challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of educational background, professional experience, and personal qualities. While a JD degree, paralegal degree, or a background in real estate and teaching are highly valued, we welcome applications from individuals with a bachelor's degree in any field who have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition. Essential Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in any field; JD, paralegal, or related degrees are preferred. At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in talent acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software and other recruitment systems. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions, engage with candidates, and negotiate job offers. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Strong self-awareness, with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously develop your professional skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, social media platforms, and innovative sourcing techniques. Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or a related field, such as CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter). Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
