Key Responsibilities As a Full Desk Recruiter at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts forward. Your primary responsibilities will include: Sourcing new clients and businesses, evaluating talent, and providing top-notch staffing services that meet their needs Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for available roles within the company, using a range of techniques and tools Negotiating placements and resolving recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences Managing and maintaining your portfolio of candidates and clients, preparing resumes for associates, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process Overseeing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, designing interview questions, and performing screenings via phone and video-conferencing Tracking key recruitment KPIs, such as source of hire and time-to-hire, to inform data-driven decision-making Ensuring prompt and professional communication with candidates at all stages, from application to hire, rejection, or withdrawal Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Multitasking and working on multiple open positions simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Full Desk Recruiter at Workwarp, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of inside sales or staffing experience, with a proven track record of success Consultative Sales skills, with a history of follow-up and a strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations A motivated, collaborative, and personable approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a focus on meeting targets and achieving goals The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS systems and CRM platforms Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
