Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.
- Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support when navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Relationship Building: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
- Time Management: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Time Management: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
