Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take control of their medications and achieve better overall wellness. This is a fully remote position that requires a variable reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours. You'll work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, providing personalized support and guidance
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information
- Provide our customers with technical support when navigating our pharmacy website, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
- Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers
- Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring confidentiality and security
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical skills and adaptability
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, managing multiple interactions simultaneously
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, providing exceptional support and guidance
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of pharmacy services and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
