**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with complex financial products and services. You'll be responsible for answering requests and resolving issues through various channels, including phone, email, and online support platforms. Your goal will be to provide a top-tier customer experience while complying with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer client requests and resolve issues related to elective speculation products and services
* Provide support to the field on elective speculation items through phone, email, and other channels
* Assist the business with project work and training to the field on other options
* Offer support to internal and external clients on account management, tasks, documentation, and technical assistance
* Escalate complex issues to supervisors and exercise judgment within defined boundaries while demonstrating an understanding of connected arrangements, methods, or compliance requirements
* Serve as a primary support person for clients and internal partners, supporting client services
* Provide information to administrators, as well as internal and external clients, to resolve consultant issues
**Required Capabilities**
* 6+ years of customer support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
**Preferred Capabilities**
* 6+ months of experience working in the speculation contact center and/or financial services
* Experience working in elective ventures
* Ability to answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships in and beyond immediate teams
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to change priorities quickly to meet changing business needs
* Experience investigating and resolving client issues
