**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an exceptional data analyst to join our Product and Tools Operations (gPTO) team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data, Architecture, Tools, and Analytics (gDATA) crew, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization will enable you to provide actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide data-driven insights and analytical support for the gTech Ads organization
* Focus on solving strategic and operational issues by working with large datasets that reside on our internal systems, conceptualizing and building analytical solutions, producing data insights, translating them into actionable recommendations, and influencing critical business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business decisions
* Develop and maintain complex data models, datasets, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
* Conduct data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
* 3+ years of experience in an analytics or data scientist position
* Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple data sources to generate reporting and insights
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Comfort with agile development practices around analytical accuracy (e.g., improvement of BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs, code review, etc.)
* Experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus
* Knowledge of data science tools and techniques (e.g., R, Python, machine learning, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, etc.)
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Certification in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional, etc.)
