**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* **Direct Patient Care Programs:** Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
* **Business Execution:** Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met.
* **Quality Improvement:** Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure region pharmacies comply with administrative compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
* **Financial Performance:** Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organization financial objectives.
* **Patient Experience:** Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient discussion, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
* **Staff Development:** Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders.
* **Data Analysis:** Conduct data and clinical audits and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
* **Patient Profiles:** Review patient profiles and medication records to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment.
* **Patient Communication:** Provide individualized patient/supplier conferences.
* **Communication Skills:** Utilize exceptional communication skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Current Pharmacy License:** Current pharmacy license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority.
* **Experience:** Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues.
* **Confidentiality:** Experience working with confidential information.
* **Flexibility:** Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
* **Time Management:** Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates.
* **Autonomy:** Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and deciding when acceleration of issues is necessary.
* **Customer Service:** Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Additional State Licenses:** Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
* **Insurance Knowledge:** Knowledge of insurance plans.
* **Computer Skills:** Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus.
* **Microsoft Office:** Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font type and size, designing cells as money, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
* **Microsoft PowerPoint:** Basic level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view as well as running a slide show).
* **Microsoft Word:** Basic level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
