At Relational Excellence, LLC, our clinicians specialize in working with clients who present with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family discord, and identity concerns. We ensure that our clients have a safe space in which they can heal, grow, and become empowered. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care, and we achieve this through ongoing training, responsive administrative support, and a streamlined documentation process using an established EHR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Positively engage with clients and provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Complete comprehensive initial assessments and create treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Work collaboratively with other mental health clinicians in the agency to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and agency policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Comply with all administrative and clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• A valid Maryland professional license: LCPC/LGPC/LCMFT
• At least 1 year of experience providing direct mental health individual, family, or group counseling services
• Experience treating co-occurring populations
• A valid driver's license
• The ability to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check
