As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This position requires a balance of personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities, customized to meet the unique needs of each client we serve. Key Responsibilities As an In-Home Caregiver, you will: • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. • Support clients with specialized needs, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory care. • Monitor and document client health, including vital signs and changes in condition. • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and provide assistance with meal preparation. • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment. • Safely assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. • Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversation and engaging activities. • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided while adhering to HIPAA compliance. Qualifications & Experience We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference. Ideal candidates will have: • Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care (preferred, but not required). • Familiarity with observing and supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental needs. • Experience working with seniors, hospice patients, or individuals with chronic conditions (a plus). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. • A passion for caregiving and dedication to treating clients with dignity and respect.
