As a TC Pro (Home Services Technician), safety is your top priority, both for yourself and the customers you serve. Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Strong communication and listening skills • Willingness to work in varied physical environments • A reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we’ll train and pay for them!) What will my work environment be like?
