We're committed to providing a state-of-the-art and comfortable workspace for our remote team members, and we're now seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our call center team.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling patient surgeries and managing related administrative tasks
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Explaining our services, fees, and procedures to patients, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collecting and processing insurance information, and coordinating with local surgery managers as needed
- Scheduling and running financing applications to support patient needs
- Collaborating with the local surgery managers to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with opportunities for commission pay on top of a competitive hourly wage
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Substantial inside sales experience, preferably in a related industry or field
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- A team-player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues as needed
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong self-motivation and discipline
While not required, Spanish speaking skills are considered a plus. We're open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience, but a strong background in inside sales is essential.

- Have experience working in a call center or similar environment
- Have a background in the dental industry or a related field
