Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for providing competent and effective maintenance support to our plant operations. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and service machinery and equipment support systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using your expertise and diagnostic skills to run tests, isolate problems, and remove/replace failed components. Maintain production lines by performing predictive and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products. Perform minor electrical repairs and installations to keep our equipment running efficiently and safely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring that our plant operations run smoothly and efficiently. Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Record inspection requirements and data on provided forms to track maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement. Operate equipment through program controls to ensure efficient and safe operation. Fill in on any line as required to support our production operations. Understand, record, and communicate system problems and solutions to ensure that our teams are informed and equipped to resolve issues. Demonstrate good attendance and be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes, and work environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: Associates or Technical Degree (preferred) in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience to ensure that you can identify and resolve complex issues efficiently. Previous experience in a high-speed industrial work environment to handle the demands of our production operations. Basic computer skills to use our maintenance management software and other tools. Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction to ensure that our equipment is installed and maintained correctly. Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to program and troubleshoot control systems. Supply hand tools to perform maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Ability to challenge and pass Coca-Cola Ramsay assessment and thorough background screening to ensure that you meet our company's standards and requirements. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair complex issues. Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull forces of 80 lbs to move equipment and materials. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in temperature extremes on a daily basis up to 12 hours.
