Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at one of our four valley locations in Phoenix, Peoria, Mesa, or Goodyear. As a Manager at Hubbard Family Swim School, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff and class management, growth and development, safety, exceptional customer service, and facility maintenance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff and class management, growth and development, safety, and facility maintenance Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for students and their families Develop, encourage, and model a fun, positive work environment that aligns with our core values Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents/caregivers to resolve issues and address concerns Collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve business objectives and drive growth Participate in paid in-person and online training to develop your skills and knowledge in swim instruction and management Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of safety and hygiene Essential Qualifications 2-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred) Must be at least 21 years of age Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or swim for up to 5 hours in the water Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small children up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience in the swim education industry or a related field Strong knowledge of swim instruction and water safety Experience with staff management and development Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Hubbard Family Swim School, we are committed to the growth and development of our staff.
