Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Ranking Director of Operations - Client Experience to lead the development and execution of client experiences across specific touchpoints, such as store administration workstations and checkout processes. This role is crucial in driving the implementation of Digital Identity initiatives in-store environments, scaling capabilities to enhance client experiences, and collaborating with Omni Experiences and Store Operations teams to deliver top-notch client ID solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of client experiences across designated client experience spaces (e.g., store administration workstations, checkout)
- Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints and design tests for identity capture (e.g., phone number)
- Translate client experience designs into execution plans and develop implementation roadmaps for selected experience executions
- Collaborate with product, field, and analytics teams to develop studies, participate in cross-functional meetings, and validate tests
- Oversee tests in the field, deploy tests in coordination with blithequark field operations teams, and work with analytics to interpret results
- Recommend and implement improvements, track progress, establish reporting structures, and develop forecasts to mitigate potential risks
- Foster strong relationships with blithequark groups to ensure successful execution, capture partner needs, and develop communication plans for key stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Operations roles, preferably with at least 3 years in retail, store, or Omni environments
- 5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in a store environment
- Strong and demonstrated ability to influence internal partners and execute successful initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Additionally, having the following qualifications will be a plus:
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams or projects
- Master's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
