We are a fast-growing land investment company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role where you will manage the "contract-to-close" process, ensuring every transaction moves smoothly and no deadlines are missed. We are looking for a "solution-provider"—someone who brings us summaries of options and proposed paths forward rather than just reporting problems. You do not need to be the primary decision-maker, but you must be the engine that keeps our deals on track. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Drafting purchase agreements using our templates, managing DocuSign envelopes, and persistent follow-up with sellers until documents are executed. Vendor Vetting: Identifying and calling local title companies, realtors, soil engineers, and surveyors. You will vet them based on our criteria and provide a concise summary of options for our final selection. Transaction Oversight: Sending executed contracts to title companies, ensuring Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) are made on time, and tracking all contractual milestones. Due Diligence Coordination: Obtaining quotes for surveys or soil tests and managing the timeline with those vendors once ordered. Client Relations: Acting as the main point of contact for sellers to provide status updates and collect necessary information/documentation. Required Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination is highly preferred (Land experience is a major plus). Communication: Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal). You must be comfortable making outbound phone calls to U.S.-based professionals. Organization: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple transactions simultaneously without dropping the ball. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with DocuSign, CRM systems, and email management. Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of professional etiquette.
