Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the tactical execution of regional marketing programs, providing marketing support to business development teams, and driving sales success. This role will establish close and efficient two-way communication with business development teams, the Director of Regional Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
- Collaborate with business development teams to provide marketing support, including sales materials, social media, trade shows, presentations, and association engagement
- Manage and customize marketing materials from the Home Office for local use, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and executed regionally and locally
- Assist Business Development Managers with completing marketing material design requests and provide creative input to enhance marketing campaigns
- Support the execution of regional tradeshows, events, and sales meetings, ensuring a strong brand presence and maximizing lead generation opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, business development managers, and external partners
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral in connection with business development opportunities, ensuring high-quality and engaging content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the construction or restoration industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and sales growth
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
