About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be working independently from home in your secured workspace, collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be expected to navigate multiple applications, research solutions, and provide product solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and guaranteeing customer satisfaction on every call
- Navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease, providing product solutions to our customers
- Collaborate with management and co-workers in a remote setting, maintaining open communication and ensuring seamless teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- High-speed internet access meeting the required speeds (download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175) with an ethernet connection
- Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
- A workspace that can only be accessed by you during your work hours
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Courteous and friendly demeanor with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be flexible in working hours
- Residency in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous contact center and/or work-from-home experience
- Strong people skills to build a genuine connection with customers
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
- Love for helping people and guiding them to the best product for their needs
- Excitement about innovative technology and willingness to learn and adapt
