Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Account Manager to grow our 3P market in the USA. This role is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and convenience for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform, maximizing our product selection and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding revenue targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- Comfortable with complex financial data and polished communication abilities, including speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
