Job Overview
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from a variety of clients, ranging from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the success of our company. With flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance and the freedom to choose your own hours, as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and efficient way
- Represent Pondera and our clients with passion, interest, and a commitment to excellence
- Work independently in a remote setting, with access to online training and certification programs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Own a computer (desktop or laptop) with a 2.0 GHz processor or higher (tablets and Chromebooks are not eligible)
- Have a paid internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or better
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for taking calls
- Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with no cap on hours
- Be a self-motivated and disciplined individual, able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
