Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Home Loan Servicing Operations team. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading support capabilities or tasks for various business groups and contributing to large-scale key initiatives. You will ensure the productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management related to assigned projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead support capabilities or tasks for various business groups and contribute to large-scale key initiatives
- Ensure productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management related to assigned projects
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, fundamental knowledge of organizational procedures, and Business Execution, and understanding of global business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support capability by offering support and leadership
- Aid in the preparation and execution of various projects and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and communicate with team leaders in developing project plans, strategies, and methods
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and execution of projects, services, and initiatives with cross-functional colleagues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management and execution
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 3+ years of Home Loan Servicing experience
- General understanding of Home Loaning Activities, including Home Protection, Funding, Escrow, Abandonment, Property Management, or possibly Bankruptcy
- Knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Stage (SHRP)
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) tool
- Knowledge of enterprise or functional risk management structure
- Experience in issue analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience using hard data and metrics to support assumptions and influence business cases
- Meeting facilitation skills to influence and lead discussions that result in agreement and commitment
- Ability to express complex concepts in a clear manner to various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence effectively within a matrix environment and build strong business relationships with all levels of colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Technical expertise: MSP, ICMP, LoanSphere, Reporting and Applications Entry for Servicing (RAP), Indigo, or possibly JIRA
