Job Description
The Senior HR Technology Analyst will play a critical role in investing in the future of blithequark's workforce by acting as a liaison between our business and technology partners. As a member of the People Systems Team, you will frequently support Workday, a tool used to complete HR and payroll-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include developing efficiencies, providing excellent user experiences, and maintaining compliance requirements within Workday. Key Responsibilities
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by executives, managers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in enterprise projects and provide subject matter expertise in people data and analytics strategies
- Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in employee records
- Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems
- May perform other job duties as directed by employee leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced-level experience and specialized expertise in functional support of HR and/or payroll systems
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and recruiting
- Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for bonus opportunities, a 401(k) company match, and potential annual ProfitSharing contributions.
