Job Summary As a Service Center Liaison representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our hospital teams, clients, and referring veterinarians. Your role will be to deliver superior care and support, developing strong relationships with our hospital teams and ensuring that all client and referring veterinarian needs are met in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to clients and referring veterinarians through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Act as the primary point of contact for our hospital teams, developing strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Handle emergency calls with a calm and compassionate demeanor, providing support and guidance as needed. Book client appointments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all scheduling needs are met. Interpret Ethos protocols to provide solutions to client and referring veterinarian inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Process emails, transfer medical records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexibility to work evening shifts within a 24/7-365 a year service center, including overnight shifts. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a veterinary or medical environment. Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with emotionally charged client scenarios. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Good judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret Ethos protocols and provide effective solutions. A solid track record of exceeding productivity and quality goals. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling up to 80 calls per shift.
